Fix the documentation for vtkImageData::GetDimensions

Xabi requested to merge Xabi/vtk:release-6.3-fix-doc-vtkimagedata-getdimensions into master

The same description was used for the 2 signatures of GetDimensions, but one is computing the dimensions and not the other. The clarification is important as the behaviour of the two methods has changed between VTK 5 & 6.
