ENH: Add new ViewToDisplay and WorldToDisplay overloads to vtkViewport
Add overloads of vtkViewport::ViewToDisplay and vtkViewport::WorldToDisplay that do not modify the vtkViewport, and, therefore, will not trigger a modified event.
