vtkXdmfReader: generate vtkGhostType array
Add generation of the vtkGhostType array to the Xdmf2 reader.
There was some discussion before, that this is a bug in the Xdmf reader: https://discourse.paraview.org/t/vtkghosttype-array-missing/7392
