RemoveGhostCells in now removes HIDDENCELL

Yohann Bearzi (Kitware) requested to merge yohann.bearzi/vtk:add-HIDDENCELL-to-remove-ghost-cells into master

It does it in vtkPolyData and vtkUnstructuredGrid.
