Improve vtkimageData direction support

  • Improve vtkImageData API
    • add Matrix suffix to ivars and methods
    • add SetDirectionMatrix(double, double, double, double, double, double, double, double, double)
    • expose methods to convert coordinates from a system to another (Physical/Index)
  • Add orientation support in some filters
    • vtkImageDataToPointSet
    • vtkCutter
