Display the title at the bottom of scatter plot matrix

Mathieu Westphal (Kitware) requested to merge mwestphal/vtk:ScatterPlotMatrixTitle into master

vtkScatterPlotMatrix's title was never drawn. This MR fixes that: the title is displayed at the bottom of the view with the specified properties.
