Fixed an indexing issue for polyhedron clipping.

Menno Deij - van Rijswijk requested to merge mennodeij1/vtk:fix_polyhedron_clip_issue into master

When a cell is not intersected by the clip function and needs to go forward without any changes, an indexing issue gave very distorted cells. Please also update the ParaView VTK version to include this fix.
