Adding new features to LPT

Mathieu Westphal (Kitware) requested to merge mwestphal/vtk:LPTSmallFeatures into master

This commits adds the following features to the lagrangian particle tracker

  • A maximum integration time to stop a particle based not on number of steps but on integration time
  • Add the possibility for a model to add their own particle path data
