Symmetric tensor6 component support 2

Mathieu Westphal (Kitware) requested to merge mwestphal/vtk:SymmetricTensor6ComponentSupport2 into master

Adding support for 6 Component Symmetric tensor in VTK, with all filter accepting tensors from GetTensors and tensor input array, as well as adding support for TENSORS6 in Legacy file format.
