QuadRotationalExtrusionFilter output must have input structure.

So far, the filter generated a single multiblock with the transformed blocks. We modified the filter in such a way that its output has the same structure than the input multiblock. Non-processed leaves (ie. non PolyData) will generate empty leaves.
