VTKHDF: fix spec regarding the temporal OverlappingAMR and vtkHDFReader

In the VTKHDF File Format version 2.2, few datasets name are inconsistents between temporal OverlappingAMR and other vtk datasets as we miss an 's' for the plural.

It concerns:

  • NumberOfBox -> NumberOfBoxes
  • AMRBoxOffset -> AMRBoxOffsets
  • Point/Cell/FieldDataOffset -> Point/Cell/FieldDataOffsets

Its fix in the spec and we bump the minor version to the 2.3.

Update also the vtkHDFReader to support this fix in the spec.
