Enable serialization for additional vtk classes

Jaswant Panchumarti (Kitware) requested to merge jaswant.panchumarti/vtk:serialization-for-more-types into master

Serialization code is now autogenerated for composite polydata mapper, glyph3d mapper and surface LIC mappers. vtkCompositeDataSet and it's various subclasses are serialized manually.
