ci: add missing vtkWasmSceneManager artifact for webassembly package

https://gitlab.kitware.com/vtk/vtk/-/jobs/9644521 job failed because the webassembly:package artifacts did not include vtkWasmSceneManager.mjs and vtkWasmSceneManager.wasm. The upload job used them to compute the VTK version.
