Draft: Fix AxisClip, AxisCut and AxisReflection HTG and UHTG

Fix made by significantly increasing test coverage of AxisClip, AxisCut and AxisReflection on HyperTreeGird and UniformHyperTreeGrid in 3D as well as following the three orientations in 2D (XY, YZ, XZ)).
