ci: skip cloning when uploading nightly Documentation

Christos Tsolakis requested to merge christos.tsolakis/vtk:skip_clone_for_upload_jobs into master

The job that uploads the documentation only uses artifacts from the previous stage, so no reason to clone the repository. This should also speedup the upload job.
