Draft: Add more warnings for the wrapper tools

Desired warnings (names are provisional):

• -Wall to turn on all warnings
• -Whint for missing hints (subdivide?)
• -Wwrap for unwrapped methods (subdivide?)
• -Wheader for #include "header" not found
