vtkIntegrateAttributes: Multithread using vtkSMPTools

vtkIntegrateAttributeshas been multithreaded using vtkSMPTools.

Also, vtkDataSet now has a function named GetMaxSpatialDimension that returns the maximum spatial dimension of the dataset, which is the maximum cell dimension of the dataset.
