Tecplot reader typo fix

Fixed a typo in vtkTecplotReader.cxx where the error for unsupported ZONETYPE said the type was "supported" instead of "unsupported"

Errors:

• commit c1044be0 is not allowed because the following files are not formatted according to the 'clang-format' check: IO/Geometry/vtkTecplotReader.cxx. Post a comment ending in the line Do: reformat to rewrite the MR source branch automatically.
