Cache VBOs to speed up 2D/3D charts that draw points.

  • Speed upDrawPoints, DrawMarkers, DrawPointSprites and DrawTriangleMesh.
  • In vtkScatterPlotMatrix, only the 3D chart gets redrawn for animations. 2D plots and histograms persist across animation frames.
