Draft: HTG Geometry filter with interface description fields (mixed cells) fix 2D and add 3D

It's really draft... don't look at the current state of the sources.

On HTG Geometry filter with interface description fields (mixed cells):

  • Fix for the 2D aspect;
  • Add for the 3D aspect;
  • Redesign of the Geometry filter architecture.

Temporary, included :

  • CellDataToPointData: better compute on UNS grid based rectilenar grid.
