Fix contour HTG

  • release comments, particularly on the PureMask aspect in HTG;
  • complete owner condition in GetCornerCursors method on HTGNonOrientedMooreSuperCursor;
  • fix contour HTG by using a concave hexahedron;

Waiting for the concave polyhedron which produces convex tetrahedrons conforming to other neighboring polyhedron (indicates in HTGContour by TODO).
