vtkUnicodeString causes CVS build to fail

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

The vtkUnicodeString class that was picked up today with a cvs update can't build because it needs a utf8.h header file. I have a few files called utf8.h on my machine, but none of them seem to be the right one. There is no indication of which library is required in this instance and there doesn't seem to be anything missing as far as CMake is concerned, i.e there is no libutf8-NOTFOUND or similar reported.
