Hardware MIP in vtkVolumeTextureMapper

It would be nice to be able to change the current BlendMode to allow Composite and MIP blending. This could be adapted without problems, since the OpenGL extension GL_blend_minmax can to this and is supported by all modern grafics cards. I have added the files that show how to activate this extension. (these files are just samples and contain some other changes that are just experimental!) With Regards Michael
