HandleWidget with ConstrainedPointHandleRepresentation segfault

A handle widget using the ConstrainedPointHandleRepresentation will segfault if the widget is enabled before rendering for the first time. The cause is in the ComputeInteractionState function, which calls WorldToDisplay on the Renderer (Viewport), which in turn calls WorldToView in Renderer, which assumes there is an ActiveCamera. The camera is initially NULL and is usually only created when rendering for the first time. The default representation for HandleWidget does not cause a segfault.
