BUG: vtk.vtkCylinderSource().GetLatLongTesselation() produces incorrect, random results
On Linux using 9.3 PyPI wheels originally seen in mayavi CIs but reproduced locally on my Ubuntu machine as well:
$ python -c "import vtk; print(vtk.vtkCylinderSource().GetLatLongTessellation())"
32681
$ python -c "import vtk; print(vtk.vtkCylinderSource().GetLatLongTessellation())"
32762
$ python -c "import vtk; print(vtk.vtkCylinderSource().GetLatLongTessellation())"
32523
Seems like this should be initialized to either 0 or 1, no?
