vtkWindowedSincPolyDataFilter::NormalizeCoordinates issue
According to my reading of the documentation, when NormalizeCoordinates is on, the coordinates are normalised to fit in a unit cube then, after the smoothing, they are translated and scaled back to the original coordinate frame. This does not happen.
