VTK - Qt conflict with right mouse button
This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.
I'm using VTK, Qt, and python to develop a rendering application. The VTK stuff is a plugin to a higher level 'browser' which uses the right mouse button to display a context menu. This causes a conflict with the VTK renderer, which uses the right mouse button to zoom in / zoom out. The solution is simple: add
def contextMenuEvent(self,ev):
ev.accept()
to the QVTKRenderWindowInteractor.py python wrapper for Qt. This causes the appearance of the context menu to be suppressed in the rendering window.
