Missing vtkImageSliceMapper functionality for OpenGL2.

Some functionality was lost when the vtkImageSliceMapper moved to OpenGL2:
The clipping planes do not work. The clipping planes that are assigned to the slice mapper should be forwarded to the polydata mappers (will a transformation be required?)
Cubic interpolation no longer works (this is lower priority than the clipping, since vtkImageResliceMapper can be used if high-order interpolation is required)
The shader program for checkerboard rendering had to be removed, but it could be replaced with a new program. Perhaps, rather than replace it, it would be better to consider a solution that allows for custom fragment shaders.
