Cannot properly observe close event (WM_DELETE_WINDOW) in VTK on X11

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

You can setup an Observer on ExitEvent on Win32 and click on the 'X' button properly.

But this behavior does not work properly on X11 nad X11-Tcl. Attached patch properly wath this event and invoque the proper VTK ExitEvent.
