vtkJacobiN gives incorrect eigen vectors

I have found that the vtkJacobiN method gives incorrect Eigen vectors. The Eigen values are correct but the Eigen values constantly have a sign difference. I can not pin point the inconsistency. The magnitude of each component appears to be correct. The values are orthogonal (as expected) but not in the correct direction.
