Refresh issue with vtkTextActor3D

a) The image texture is rebuilt too many times when used with a vtkProp3DFollower. When using a vtkProp3DFollower, the user matrix of the vtkTextActor3D is being changed everytime the camera is moved. This has the drawback of recomputing the texture all the time. Solution: Only check vtkObject::GetMtime() instead ?
b) The new color set in the text property does not show up. If the imagedata size does not change (same text), the imagedata ModifiedTime is not updated when just changing the color. The ImageActor shows the old texture instead of the new one. Solution: Call Modified() after RenderString() ? Fix vtkTextRenderer::RenderString()
