The new test `TestDAtaArraySerialization.cxx` in `Parallel/DIY` has the same name as
a test in `Common/Core`. It is renamed as
`TestDIYDataArraySerialization.cxx`.

There was also a compile ambiguity that was not caught for some reason
when compiling DIY tests, which is fixed in this commit.
