ci: set OLCF_ID_TOKEN var in frontier ci

Vicente Bolea requested to merge vbolea/vtk-m:fix-frontier-ci into master

Frontier CI now requires setting the variable OLCF_ID_TOKEN for the job to run.

Also removes the zstd frontier module.
