ci,opensuse: use mpich ofi:socket backend

UCX default backend (TCP) is being flaky in this build. Moving to ofi:socket backend for mpich.

I have also noticed that UnitTestAdvectionAsynchronousMPI_mpi is also timing out sometimes, increased its timeout to 500 seconds
