Run! Worklet Run!

Li-Ta Lo requested to merge ollielo/vtk-m:worklet_run into master

Many Worklets have overloaded Run() method. Some of them are obviously redundant and are never used (due to how UnknownArrayHandle and UnknownCellSet works now), removed.
