Dataset builder2
Dataset builders for Regular and Explicit DataSet. Also, a field add class for data sets.
The PGI builds are still failing, checking the others, but otherwise, let me know if this looks ok to merge.
Ok, I compared the failed builds against other branches made about the same time. And they are similar. Quite a few of them are timeouts. Some of this is upstream from my fork, right?
