CI: Tests that compile only work when run on the same host image

Robert Maynard requested to merge robertmaynard/vtk-m:correct_failing_ubuntu1604_gcc5_2_tests into master

This limitation is caused by the fact that VTK-m caches compiler location during the build stage for these tests, and this fails on the test image as the compiler might not exist or is in a different path
