Change Lagrangian output format to structured grid

Sudhanshu Sane requested to merge ssane/vtk-m:change_lagrangian_output_structuredgrid into master

The objective of these changes is to move from an explicit output data set to a structured output data set. The structured output data set requires fewer bytes and is more amenable to fast post hoc processing. The structured output data set has two fields - valid (scalar) and displacement (vector).
