Compiling ArrayConverters.cxx with Intel compiler hangs

I find that when I attempt to compile vtk-m with the Intel C++ compiler (both v16.0.3 and v17.0.1 in my case) that the compilation hangs on ArrayConverters.cxx

It would be nice if that would work; for now I cannot use vtk-m and I'm trying to disable it when building ParaView or Catalyst(Rendering-Base). Any clues on how to disable vtk-m, let me know!

(and no, I cannot change compilers to e.g. gcc because the code gets linked with our simulation code for co-processing).
