The device adapter no longer supports virtual methods

Kenneth Moreland requested to merge kmorel/vtk-m-user-guide:no-virtual-methods into master

Support for virtual methods in the execution environment has been completely removed from VTK-m. A new device adapter should not (and cannot) add classes to support them anymore.
