Hotfixed Removed old reference to transport example

Had to removed a dead reference(Transport.cxx) in the .tex to fix a compiling issue to build the pdf.

Also, since the example was removed there was no longer a reason to have the "here is a trivial example..." paragraph referencing nothing.
