User guide no longer builds successfully on Mac
The first error I could find is:
build$ ninja
[1/1] Generating VTKmUsersGuide.pdf

...
./Body.tex:114: Missing number, treated as zero.
<to be read again>
{
l.114 \clearpage
A number should have been here; I inserted `0'.
(If you can't figure out why I needed to see a number,
look up `weird error' in the index to The TeXbook.)
./Body.tex:114: Illegal unit of measure (pt inserted).
<to be read again>
{
l.114 \clearpage
Dimensions can be in units of em, ex, in, pt, pc,
cm, mm, dd, cc, nd, nc, bp, or sp; but yours is a new one!
I'll assume that you meant to say pt, for printer's points.
To recover gracefully from this error, it's best to
delete the erroneous units; e.g., type `2' to delete
two letters. (See Chapter 27 of The TeXbook.)
There should be no problem with the \clearpage
command so I went looking to the logs. I found:
Latexmk: This is Latexmk, John Collins, 17 March 2019, version: 4.63b.
Latexmk: applying rule 'pdflatex'...
This is pdfTeX, Version 3.14159265-2.6-1.40.20 (TeX Live 2019) (preloaded format=pdflatex)
I also can't render the SVG which might be a clue?
Latexmk: Missing input file: 'images/CCBy40' from line

Latexmk: Missing input file: 'Body.ind' from line

Obviously don't put much effort into solving this; I can consume the build from here. Just sussing out whether anyone else has hit this and if so if there's a workaround.
