Fix Numerotation Quadratic Wedges

As raised here https://discourse.paraview.org/t/node-ordering-and-volume-computation-of-quadratic-wedges/12088. There is an inconsistensy between the documentation and the actual node numerotation of Quadratic Wedges in VTK and Paraview.
This results in negative volume if we follow the numerotation of the documentation or visual artifacts in Paraview if we follow VTK ordering.
Correcting the documentation is the first step towards the resolution of these inconsistensies
