Fix wrong braces and add 1st line for consistency

I spotted and fixed incorrect braces.

The first HDF5 line seen in all h5dump outputs was included, for the consistency with other HDF5 examples.

I have restructured the document and it now points to VTK File Formats. Could you please check the document there and see if the changes you propose here have been fixed. If not, then you can submit a MR or raise an issue on the VTK site. If you do decide to do a MR or raise an issue could you also point out that headers should not have a trailing "." e.g. ### Binary Files. should be ### Binary Files.

The original document that will be maintained from now on is found here in the VTK source code: Documentation/docs/design_documents/VTKFileFormats.md
