Reference only examples visible in vtk-examples on the web

Andrew Maclean requested to merge Fixing-the-JSON-cross-reference-file-generation into master

This commit removes non-existent links, centralises the exclusion of certain folders into VTKClassesUsedInExamples.py and simplifies SelectExamples.py.

The vtk_vtk-examples_xref.json should contain only valid links now.
