Cannot sync with upstream
I tried to sync my fork with the vtk-examples repository from here. But I get asked for a username and password to https://gitlab.kitware.com It is strange since I used ssh through and through. Even upon entering correct credentials I get an auth error.
$ git push
Username for 'https://gitlab.kitware.com': jspanchu
Password for 'https://jspanchu@gitlab.kitware.com':
WARNING: Authentication error: Authentication required: Access forbidden. Check your access level.
batch response: Access forbidden. Check your access level.
error: failed to push some refs to 'git@gitlab.kitware.com:jspanchu/vtk-examples.git'
Same error for git push origin master
Here's some info that might help.
$ git remote -v
origin git@gitlab.kitware.com:jspanchu/vtk-examples.git (fetch)
origin git@gitlab.kitware.com:jspanchu/vtk-examples.git (push)
upstream git@gitlab.kitware.com:vtk/vtk-examples.git (fetch)
upstream git@gitlab.kitware.com:vtk/vtk-examples.git (push)

I think this has something to do with LFS access. I've done git lfs install
prior to any of these steps.
