Paths at top of examples have an unclear purpose

In https://examples.vtk.org/site/Cxx/IO/WritePLY/, for example, the paths to the examples have an unclear purpose.

The first link in the path takes you to the VTK-examples site, the second one takes you to an invalid URL (https://examples.vtk.org/Cxx). There is no link for the IO subcategory, nor a link from the example name. It would be nice for that last link to take you to the source code, perhaps.
