This MR changed all CMakeLists.txt files got support he standalone
build uder the new vtk module system.

All CMakeLists.txt files were changed to use the new and old vtk
module system,

A new Wiki macro was added, AddOptionalIfInLibrary.cmake. This macro
checks to see if an optional module is included in the VTK_LIBRARIES.

A new Wiki macro was added, WikiLoadMacros.cmake. This macro loads all of the example macros. With this, the includes could be removed frm the individual CMakeLists.txt file.

The ScrapeWiki script automatically adds links to vtk classes mentioned in the descitpion. Except for admonitions, the developer should not add the links manually.

termination commands to have arguments matching the command starting the
block. This is no longer the preferred style.
