CI improvements

• Made some improvements in the existing build configurations.
• Added coverage and clang-tidy builds.
  • Fixed issues reported by clang-tidy.
• Added ADIS_ENABLE_SANITIZER and ADIS_ENABLE_COVERAGE as advanced CMake options if you want to build this way locally.
• ADIS dashboards now available at open.cdash.org/index.php?project=ADIS
