improve the way the reader looks for json attribute

Caitlin Ross requested to merge caitlin.ross/fides:attribute-reading-fix into master

This will allow the Fides reader in ParaView to read BP files that have either the appropriate attributes to generate a data model or files that contain the full json in an attribute named fides/schema.
